Abstract
The implementation of planning schemes by local government councils has increased
the cost to produce a development application. The project aims to use terrestrial
photogrammetry to reduce the cost of preparing proposal plans required for
development applications. Terrestrial photogrammetry has been identified as a potential
source of reducing costs as bottom-end terrestrial photogrammetry software has
considerably reduced in cost.
