Abstract
The aim of this research project is to research and recommend a suitable method of measurement of the road impacts from the gas industry development in the Surat Basin, specifically the Westerns Downs Regional Council. The research has encompass international, national, state and local government bodies, to give a great body of information from which to make an information decision about the suitability of a method of road impact measure.
